do not "post more" on youtube

You can’t “revive” a YouTube channel by just posting more.

I’ve worked with channels that were pulling 100M+ views/month…

until they weren’t.

And every time, the instinct is the same:
Double down on uploads.

It’s a trap.

The real problem is usually positioning drift.
Over time, they’ve wandered too far from the thing that made them the channel in their niche.

Fixing that takes:

1. A hard reset on the right audience.

2. Studying every major adjacent niche for cross-over formats.

3. Designing content that only you could make — better or different than anyone else.

They blow past their old numbers and hold them.

If you’re losing traction, don’t sprint.
Stop.
Reposition.
Then run.
