find your niche in the next 5 minutes

Summary

(est. 3 min read)

I will be going over:

  • Exactly how to find your perfect niche in 10-minutes šŸŽÆ

  • Should you be using short-form content? šŸ“Š

  • How to work with myself and my team! šŸš€

  • …and much, much more!

Actionable Tip

Specific knowledge is NOT about going beyond the fundamentals into the technical.

Instead, it’s about figuring out what you bring to the world that no one else can offer.

If it's something you can learn in a classroom - then it's specialised knowledge. If it's an ability or feature that's innate to your being - then it's specific knowledge.

We want the former.

This is what you should create content about.

Here’s How To ACTUALLY Find Your Niche In 10-Minutes

Escape competition through authenticity…

If you are fundamentally building and marketing something that is an extension of who you are, no one can compete with you on that.

Who’s going to compete with Joe Rogan? It’s impossible.

Naval Ravikant

Competition arises when you're trying to beat someone else at their own game.

In almost all situations - you can avoid competition simply by being more authentic.

  • EXACTLY how to identify your niche šŸ”ļø

  • How to DOMINATE and WIN in that niche šŸ†ļø

  • Clear, actionable next-steps to implement it, now āŒ›ļø

You will never have competition. Ever.

If that sounds interesting to you, click the button blow.

(P.S. This is one of the most valuable documents I’ve put together regarding YouTube. Follow every step closely. It should only take 10-minutes)

Stop Using Short-Form Content!?

It’s become popular to take a side when it comes to short-form content.

On the one hand - there’s a large class of people who claim it is the worst thing that has happened to social-media since Jake Paul.

However, there are simultaneously very respected content-creators pursuing short-form content.

MrBeast, Ryan Trahan, Alex Hormozi, to name a few.

But - before you start investing time and money into creating short-form content for your own brand; there’s a critical point that deserves to be mentioned.

Here’s how to find out whether short-form is for you.

What Are Your Goals?

The primary question to consider is; what are your goals?

What are you aiming to get from YouTube - or your brand as a whole?

There are clear disadvantages and advantages to using short-form content.

I don’t want to contribute to the argument - and fuel either side of the fire.

This is not helpful - as there is no clear answer.

Short-form content has been the crux of many respected brands.

Alternatively, it has been the downfall of many channels.

Here are the commonly understood advantages and disadvantages, so that you can make your own informed decision.

Advantages āœ…

Disadvantages āŒ

Easy to get a large volume of attention

The attention RARELY converts

Quick to create by repurposing content

Still splits your focus and requires thought

Clips can go viral far easier than long-form

Forces you to take clips out of context and be sensational

Can build awareness of your brand

Can easily attract the wrong audience

What Have I Been Up To?

Here are some of my current prevailing thoughts:

  • I want to start a podcast, talking to cool people in the content-creation sphere. I’ll literally speak to anyone who has anything to say about the space. If you’re interested in being on - reply to this email!

  • I want to get more comfortable speaking in-front of a camera. I have the confidence; but I admire creators who are able to riff off of an outline and create a coherent story. That is my goal.

  • I am a naturally obsessive learner. I enjoy learning new industries and topics very fast - and I am rewarded for it. If you have a YouTube channel in any niche - and you would like to work with me; let’s do it.

I read EVERY response to these emails. I would love to get to know you all a little better.

Reply to this email with a quick ā€˜hello’ - and perhaps a brief introduction!

Let’s Get To Work!

ver the past couple of weeks - my team and I have been working tightly with a select few channels one-to-one; accelerating their YouTube brands.

It’s been an amazing journey - and I’m personally very excited to see the results we pull in over the following few weeks.

I rarely work with creators one-to-one. I was amused to calculate that the probability of working with me is literally lower than the acceptance rate of Harvard.

However,

This is how I’m truly able to build brands that stand out - and stand the test of time.

Creators who have worked with myself and my team include:

  • WillNE (5.08M Subscribers),

  • Top5Best (5.47M Subscribers),

  • Extreme Trends (4.28M Subscribers)

  • 100M (2.48M Subscribers)

  • And many, many more…

However. I now have an opening.

I am looking for three creators, brands, or businesses who want to revolutionise their approach to YouTube.

I want to work with you. Directly.

Here’s the good bit - which I’m only able to offer due to my exclusive schedule.

If I don't at least DOUBLE your views over the next 30 days - you don't have to pay a penny. And I'll do that:

1) Without diluting your target audience.

2) Without even increasing your number of uploads.

3) Without creating sensationalist content

4) Maintaining and upholding your brand image

Interested? Of course you are.

All the best,
