How I Run 50M+ Subscriber YouTube Channels (At 19)

We’re in a YouTube "goldrush"
There’s a massive shift happening in content creation.
YouTube channels are booming—and we are in the first inning.
We’re seeing the impact of it already…
MrBeast, Logan Paul, Alex Hormozi—they reach millions and make millions.
But here’s the secret—successful YouTube channels aren’t built by one person.
I have a team behind the scenes helping me run some of the world’s largest YouTube channels with over 50 million subscribers.
My team can help you transform your channel as well.
It’s not cheap—we don’t have a ton of spots. But if you’re serious and ready to level up and grow exponentially:
How I Run 50M+ Subscriber YouTube Channels (At 19)
Hey Creator,
Two weeks ago, I realized I needed a change of scenery.
The routine was stifling my creativity.
One of my core values is high agency—not to complain about a situation I can change.
So I took action.
I booked the next flight to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and I'm exploring the world right now.
If I could show my current life to my past self, he would be in complete shock.
He wouldn't believe what he was seeing.
Yet, here I am today, running multiple YouTube channels with over 50 million subscribers while traveling the world.
You only need three systems to do it.
The Systems
1) The World-Class Team Framework (to keep your channels running smoothly)
2) The Attention Framework (to capture and sustain audience attention)
3) Creator Health System (to keep you inspired and productive)
Here's how to build each one:
System #1: The World-Class Team Framework (to keep your channels running smoothly)
The World-Class Team Framework consists of 3 parts:
1) Collaborative Ideation Sessions
I don't believe in working in isolation. Ideas flourish when shared.
For our team, we've found that regular collaborative ideation sessions are crucial.
During these meetings, we:
Define our target audience in detail, ensuring we know who we're creating for.
Leverage our unique advantages—resources and knowledge—to generate ideas only we can execute.
Brainstorm formats that set us apart, focusing on how we present topics uniquely.
It keeps us creating content that resonates and stands out.
2) Systems and Checklists
As a creator, you're an enabler. Your job is to ensure your team can execute flawlessly.
To do that, you need efficient systems.
We use detailed checklists that cover every step:
Idea Validation: Using data to confirm interest before we commit.
Production Processes: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for filming, editing, and publishing.
Quality Control: Ensuring each video meets our piercingly high standards.
No more wondering "Did we miss something?"
Consistency creates trust. And trust creates growth.
System #2: The Attention Framework (to capture and sustain audience attention)
Over the last few years, I built a system to capture and sustain attention, turning viewers into loyal fans.
The system is called The Attention Framework, and it's helped our channels accumulate over 2.7 billion views.
You need the Attention Framework to keep your channels growing while you focus on living your life.
Here's how it works:
1. Define Your Audience
We know exactly who we're creating content for.
We avoid the danger of not defining our target audience.
I had a video that racked up 16 million views but only brought in $44,000.
Meanwhile, creators like Alex Hormozi and Charlie Morgan generate millions with fewer views.
The difference is in the quality of attention.
By defining our audience, we focus on capturing the attention of the people who truly matter—not just anyone.
Action Step: Build a detailed profile of your ideal viewer. Understand their demographics, preferences, goals, fears, and beliefs.
2. Provide Like a One-of-One
We leverage our unique advantages—both resources and knowledge—to create content that only we can offer.
This makes our channels irreplaceable.
We ask ourselves:
What can we offer that others cannot?
What unique stories or experiences can we share?
How can we present topics in a way that's authentic to us?
No one can compete with us at our own game.
Action Step: Identify your unique advantages and weave them into your content consistently.
3. Unique Through Format, Not Topic
We focus on how we present our content—not just what we talk about.
By innovating in our formats, we stand out even if the topic has been covered before.
For example:
MrBeast leveraged high-budget challenges that no one else could replicate.
We might use unique storytelling techniques, visuals, or interactive elements.
Action Step: Experiment with different formats that highlight your unique strengths.
4. Steal and Sustain Attention
We use strategic positioning and emotional primacy to grab attention and keep it.
By building curiosity on a foundation of interest, we manage viewer expectations and enhance satisfaction.
We ensure that:
Our titles and thumbnails set accurate expectations.
We deliver on our content's promises—and then overdeliver.
We layer emotions on top of curiosity to deepen engagement.
Action Step: Craft your content to meet and exceed viewer expectations consistently.
5. Progress to the Next Level of Exposure
Grabbing attention is easy; holding it is the challenge.
Once we have attention, our goal is to progress viewers to the next stage—subscribing, engaging, sharing.
We:
- Provide clear calls to action.
- Offer multiple touchpoints—like newsletters, behind-the-scenes content, or exclusive updates.
- Focus on building trust through consistency and value delivery.
Action Step: Create opportunities for your audience to engage more deeply with you.
6. Maintain Unmatched Standards
We operate with piercingly high standards.
Every piece of content reflects our commitment to quality.
We use:
Checklists to maintain standards.
Systems for efficiency to streamline processes without sacrificing quality.
A council for perspective—trusted advisors who provide honest feedback.
Our audience expects the best, and we deliver.
Action Step: Implement systems to ensure your content meets the highest standards consistently.

System #3: Creator Health System (to keep you inspired and productive)
When I was starting out, I neglected my well-being.
But you can't create exceptional content if you feel burnt out.
A few years ago, I revamped my approach.
I've also seen the most growth in my channels during this period.
Coincidence? I don't think so.
Now, I'm not a health guru, but from creator to creator, here's what's working for me.
Here's the routine I'm following:
Morning: Deep creative work—ideation, scripting, strategy.
Afternoon: Team collaboration—meetings, feedback sessions.
Evening: Rest and rejuvenation—exercise, hobbies, preparing for the next day.
Balance is key to sustainable success.
I also take regular breaks.
Every 90 days, I step away to recharge—often immersing myself in nature.
Disconnecting fuels creativity.
Often, I have major breakthroughs during these periods that propel the channels forward.
Action Step: Design a daily routine that balances productivity with rest. Schedule regular breaks to recharge.
That's it!
You don't have to choose between successful channels and a life you love. You can have both.
It takes work to build the systems. But once you do, you'll have the freedom to live life on your terms.
Back to you, fellow creator.
I built these systems while solving my own challenges. By adopting them, you can scale your channels beyond what you thought possible.
