i will make your dream a reality.

Welcome to Day 1 of the YouTube Attention Masterclass!
Alright — so you want to:
Start talking to your dream audience
Tell them what you're working on
Force them to return
In doing so, we’ll create an extremely valuable brand.
However,
There’s one thing we need to do beforehand.
It may be boring, but it’s the most important step in our framework.
Positioning.
II had a video that hit 16 million views. You might think that meant big money—but it only brought in $44,000.
Now, look at Alex Hormozi, averaging 130k views per video, yet he’s on track to becoming a billionaire. Or Charlie Morgan, who averages 20k views, but his channel has generated over $18M.
The difference? It’s the type of attention.
Scattered attention vs. focused attention.
MrBeast aims for everyone—scattered attention. Due to volume, this works for him.
But if you want to build a valuable YouTube brand with your dream-audience—you want focused attention.
Focused attention builds brands. It’s not about the most views, it’s about the right ones.
Here’s how to get focussed attention.
The Positioning Framework (+ template)
By the end, you will have a crystal clear plan on who your target-audience is, and how to target them.
1) Identify your unique advantage
This is about what you can offer that others can’t. It comes from two areas: Resource Advantages and Knowledge Advantages.
But it's not just one or the other—it’s about layering them together.
Resource Advantages are things you have access to that others don’t:
Money, time, contacts, team members, opportunities, data, technology, reputation, intellectual property—anything that sets you apart.
Example: A tech YouTuber with early access to gadgets, or a creator with a dedicated team.
It’s not just money. Exclusive contacts or simply having more time to focus on your channel can be a huge advantage.
Knowledge Advantages are the specific insights and skills that set you apart. MrBeast, for example, claims he could reach 50 million subscribers from scratch in a few months. Why? His specific knowledge, built from creating over 800 videos.

Naval Ravikant describes this as “specific knowledge”—something so natural to you that it doesn’t feel like a skill, but to others, it looks like hard work.
It’s not classroom knowledge—it’s the unique combination of skills and experience only you bring.
When you layer resource and knowledge advantages, your content delivers something no one else can—knowledge, emotions, and value.
Peter Thiel calls this the move from "zero to one"—creating something new and irreplicable.
Your zero-to-one transformation is in offering that completely unique stack of knowledge, emotion, and utility.
That’s your unique advantage.
2) Validate your audience
You need to make sure there’s actual interest in the audience you want to target. It’s impossible to make people care about something they’re not already interested in.
For example, if I’m not into golf, no headline will make me click.
Use data to find topics that resonate. Check how much traffic similar content gets.

3) Start small
Start small. It’s easier to be an authority in a niche than to attract scattered viewers. Think fishing in a pond, not an ocean.
1,000 true fans can be enough to build something big. These fans will follow, buy, and spread your message.
3) Evolve
Remember, your audience can change as you grow.
MrBeast started with Minecraft videos and then shifted to massive viral stunts. As you refine your content, your audience may shift too, and that’s completely fine—as long as you stay authentic.

Growth and evolution are natural. Stay true to yourself, and the right audience will follow.
And that's your profile sorted!
Now, you're ready for the most exciting part:
Creating content.
Till then,
See you there!
